We are committed to providing exceptional photography and cinematography services while respecting your privacy and maintaining transparency about our policies. By engaging with our services and browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A booking fee is required to confirm our services, which is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason.
Payments are structured as per the agreed schedule in the contract.

We will provide coverage as per the agreed dates and locations. While we make every effort to capture all essential moments, the final selection of photographs is at our professional discretion.
Processed images, videos, and albums will be delivered as outlined in your contract. Any additional edits beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

We retain the copyright to all photographs and videos captured.
However, clients receive full ownership of their images upon delivery, with permission to make personal copies.
Commercial use requires our written consent and proper attribution.

Clients are responsible for archiving their photographs after delivery. We do not permanently store your files.
In the unlikely event of data loss, damage, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering your images, our liability is limited to the refund of any payments received.

Clients must adhere to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract.
If a client fails to settle the outstanding balance or to engage with us regarding post-production within six (6) months of the event date, we reserve the right to close the project.

Upon receipt of the full outstanding payment, we will deliver the raw, unedited footage and photographs.
Any further editing or post-production requested after this point will be treated as a new project and may incur additional fees.

We understand that post-event communication can sometimes be delayed; however, clients are expected to maintain reasonable correspondence and fulfill payment obligations within the agreed timeframe.

If a client fails to respond, provide post-production preferences, or clear outstanding payments within 6 months of the event, we will consider the project abandoned.
In such cases:

• The project will be marked closed.
• Upon full payment of the pending balance, we will deliver all raw, unedited materials as final delivery.
• Post-production, editing, or album design after this point will not be included and will require a new agreement and additional charges.
   

This ensures fairness to both parties and prevents misattribution of delay or negligence.

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior of guests at events. In cases of harassment or inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to terminate coverage without refund.
We adhere to any venue restrictions and limitations on photography and videography.

By engaging our services, you consent to the use of your images for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect metrics about website traffic, user behavior, and engagement. This data helps us improve our website experience and service offerings.
No personally identifiable information is collected without your consent.
We adhere to strict data protection standards and do not share your data with third parties, except where required for service improvements or legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or services.
