Usage & Copyright

• We retain the copyright to all photographs and videos captured. However, clients receive full ownership of their images upon delivery, with permission to make personal copies. Commercial use requires our written consent and proper attribution.

Archiving & Liability

• Clients are responsible for archiving their photographs after delivery. We do not permanently store your files.
• In the unlikely event of data loss, damage, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering your images, our liability is limited to the refund of any payments received.

Behavior & Venue Rules

• Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior of guests at events. In cases of harassment or inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to terminate coverage without refund.
• We adhere to any venue restrictions and limitations on photography and videography.

Model Release

• By engaging our services, you consent to the use of your images for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Data & Privacy
